By Alex OsbornSquare Enix has removed the 14-day time restriction from Final Fantasy XIV's free trial.
According to the publisher's announcement on PlayStation Blog, players can now check out all of the game's content up to level 35 without any time restriction. All free trial accounts, even those that have expired, will be revived so that players can return to their character and resume where they left off.
Free trial players can level up any and all classes to 35, try out the various jobs, race Chocobos, battle their way through the first ten levels of the Deep Dungeon and more. You can download the free trial from the PlayStation Store right here.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for PlayStation 4, PS3, PC and Mac. Recent reports suggest that Square Enix is considering a Nintendo Switch version, and last year, the publisher was in talks with Microsoft to bring the MMORPG to Xbox One.
